Last summer, our AC and front porch started losing power intermittently. We called A1 to fix the problem and install a whole-home surge protector. They sent a team to diagnose the issue and install the surge protector, but they left quickly, and we didn't see the surge protector. After contacting their office, we learned they hadn't brought the surge protector and needed to come back. We were pleased to find a competent company in Mister Sparky who quickly resolved the issue that A1 failed to address properly.
