I was told that if the full house stand by generator was installed in that particular area close to the gas meter where we spent time talking, the cost would be $7,500 all in and running. Later, when the written estimate came, there was an additional $2,500 for electrical wiring. Lance, said that his quote was if it were on the other side of the house, which we never discussed.

Rodney came by today to provide us with a quote for a home generator. I highly recommend reaching out to Rodney and this company because they do a thorough job of explaining things and offering different solutions as well as taking the time to give you the quotes and explain how The whole process works. Ricardo did a great job for me. His calls were. timely, he was very thorough with his explanations, and his work was top notch. It’s obvious he is well trained, knows what he’s doing, and has a great attitude. Overall the A1 service is very good, abit on the expensive side, but well worth the money.

I give 5 stars because the experience was phenomenal. A1 plus team scheduled quickly the first introduction meeting for a proper quote. But this first meeting was what convinced to do business with A1. Ricardo was not a pushy sales man, he offered me different options to save me money prior to showing the most expensive options. When we agreed to the product to purchase from A1 plus, he then showed me the most convenient financial payment for us. The rest of the process was seamless and the team from A1 plus provided constant updates on the progress of the project. The day of construction the crew came in and explained to me what was going to happen and they needed from me. The entire process I can attest that I felt I understand everything they were doing. As of now I’m a happy customer and will happily refer them to anyone.

Had a wonderful experience with A1, specifically Skylar! He arrived on time, was very friendly and made sure I fully understood what the issue was and what my options were to resolve. He reiterated multiple times how important it was to him that he do a good job and that we were happy with the result. I think he truly went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone looking for assistance with AC or heating issues.

Last summer, our AC and front porch started losing power intermittently. We called A1 to fix the problem and install a whole-home surge protector. They sent a team to diagnose the issue and install the surge protector, but they left quickly, and we didn't see the surge protector. After contacting their office, we learned they hadn't brought the surge protector and needed to come back. They claimed they had completed the diagnostic.When they returned, they installed a cheaper surge protector than promised. We noticed this because we had previously obtained quotes from other companies and knew what the correct surge protector looked like. We called A1 to question the incorrect installation and the diagnostic. They insisted they had done the diagnostic, but it was hard to prove. After three visits, they finally installed the correct surge protector.The power issue reoccurred today, so we hired Mister Sparky instead. They said a diagnostic was needed, just like A1 had said. Within 20 minutes, Mister Sparky found a poor wiring connection in the attic, which was obvious and had been developing over time. We told them about our experience with A1, and they were surprised A1 had missed such an evident problem. We were pleased to find a competent company in Mister Sparky who quickly resolved the issue that A1 failed to address properly.
