Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
•
Position responsibilities include : assist on answering overflow call volume, working closely with other CSR, customer service representatives and dispatch team managers
•
Take incoming customer’s information down and enter into our system while adding appropriate tags to each call based on potential, likelihood of high ticket projects
•
Following along with a pre written script to obtain all relevant information
•
Assist technicians in the field to help route them to the next opportunity, close out calls, follow up with previous customers to do happy checks and also seeing if they are ready to proceed with work
•
Typical schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and Saturday 7am-12pm every other week or every few weeks based on overall work load and call volume
Electrician
Responsibilities
•
Daily responsibilities include running approximately 4-7 appointments depending on work load / seasonal demand
•
Meeting with customers at their home to determine their issues as well as executing steps of the call to maximize potential such as the ‘greet’ – explore and presenting, walking through repair options with customers
•
Certain small projects will be expected to be completed by technician on site, while larger projects will have an installation team that will follow behind and will be technician’s responsibility to gather materials for install crews and provide installation procedures and practices for successful installations
Benefits
•
Pay structure is hourly/overtime/commission and bonuses when reaching certain milestones based on weekly and monthly goals
•
Pay: $40,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
