Responsibilities

  • Position responsibilities include : assist on answering overflow call volume, working closely with other CSR, customer service representatives and dispatch team managers.
  • Take incoming customer’s information down and enter into our system while adding appropriate tags to each call based on potential, likelihood of high ticket projects
  • Following along with a pre written script to obtain all relevant information
  • Assist technicians in the field to help route them to the next opportunity, close out calls, follow up with previous customers to do happy checks and also seeing if they are ready to proceed with work
  • Typical schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and Saturday 7am-12pm every other week or every few weeks based on overall workload and call volume
